Track Abstract
Intel® Visual Computing Technology
The importance of Visual Computing continues to grow both in the consumer and corporate markets. The demand for improved graphics performance on both mobile and desktop platforms is being driven by more and more visual computing applications that require greater bandwidth. For 2008, Intel’s graphics chipset qualifies for the Vista* Premium Logo and supports Blu-ray*, 3D Gaming and HDMI/DVI. This track looks at industry trends in visual computing and shows how Intel’s Integrated Graphics can enable hardware and software developers to reach larger market segments. Focus areas include high definition media playback, new display technologies, and tools available to software developers to optimize their applications to reach these expanding markets.
