Ground Transportation Services
For IDF attendees, free daily shuttle between IDF preferred hotels and Shanghai International Convention Center (SHICC) will be offered during April 2-3. Bus shuttle time table will be published onsite during the event. Riverside Oriental Hotel & Shangri-la Pudong Hotel are both within walking distance to SHICC. There will be no shuttle coverage for these 2 hotels.
For all ground transportation rental requests during the event, JinJiang Auto Service Company has been appointed to better serve your needs.

VISA APPLICATION
If you are traveling from outside of China, you will need a travel VISA to enter the country.
Fill out the visa application form during your online registration.
An invitation letter will be issued to obtain an F visa to China.
It takes 5 - 7 working days to issue the VISA invitation letter.

Chinese visa is a permit issued to a foreigner by the Chinese visa authorities for entry into, exit from or transit through the Chinese territory. The Chinese visa authorities may issue a diplomatic, courtesy, service or ordinary visa to a foreigner according to his identity, purpose of visit to China and passport type.
